Working at the intersection
of real estate, data,
and building.

I'm an advisor at Cresa Calgary, a builder of tools and ventures, and a writer based in Calgary.

Background

My work sits at the intersection of real estate, data, and building.

I joined Cresa Calgary to advise organizations on their real estate decisions — working alongside Dan Lannon, Kimberly Stringile, and our team of advisors in the Calgary market.

I'm drawn to the complexity of real estate: the way location decisions shape organizations, how data can reveal better options, and how technology can change the way people understand space. I build tools — like TerraTrail, a 3D visualization platform — that try to make those decisions clearer.

Outside of advisory work, I launched Aurrin Ventures — Calgary's monthly pitch night for early-stage founders. Real pitches, real feedback, and $500 microgrants on the line. We've run 13 events, supported 55 founders, and engaged judges from RBC, EY, the University of Calgary, and more.

I'm also building with Openclaw and AI — exploring what becomes possible when you combine real estate data with modern AI tools. I write periodically about real estate, technology, and ideas I find worth exploring.

Values

What I Care About

The things that shape how I work and what I build.

Thinking Strategically

Real estate decisions are ultimately business decisions. Understanding the why behind a decision leads to better outcomes.

Data and Rigor

Better data leads to better decisions. I bring an analytical mindset to everything — from market analysis to building tools.

Building Things

Whether software, ventures, or ideas, I'm always working on something new. TerraTrail and Aurrin Ventures are expressions of that.

Staying Curious

I'm drawn to complexity — urban economics, building systems, technology, and how they intersect. Writing helps me work through it.
